These General Terms and Conditions are only applicable to customers who have executed a Service Order with TPx. If you are contracted with TPx under a Service Agreement, TPx’s prior version of Terms and Conditions will still apply.
The Service Specific Terms set forth the Service Descriptions and other service-specific rights, responsibilities and rules.
These Service Specific Terms are only applicable to customers who have executed a Service Order with TPx. If you are contracted with TPx under a Service Agreement, the service specific elements contained in TPx’s prior version of Terms and Conditions and MSx Addendum will still apply.
The Service Level Agreement sets forth TPx’s commitment to you regarding certain aspects of our Service, including our support response times.
Any applicable taxes, surcharges and other charges that may apply to your services are found here.
For certain services that are regulated by the FCC or State Public Utility Commissions, TPx enters into tariffs (open contracts between TPx and the public) which are filed with the applicable regulating body. Those tariffs are found below for your reference, and where applicable, supersede elements of TPs’s standard terms and conditions.
