Account, Billing and Service Management

At TPx we are dedicated to creating a frictionless customer experience throughout every aspect of your relationship with us.  It starts when your Sales and Solution Architect Team helps you determine the right technology and managed services to support your business.  It continues through the service onboarding process and the entire support lifecycle.   But we realize that it’s not all about delivering exemplary technical guidance, implementation and support – it’s also about how we make it easy to work with us when you have questions about your account, your billing, or need to make service changes.

Each customer is assigned an Account Manager to act as a single point of contact to manage these items for you.  Your Account Manager can be reached by dialing 877-487-8722 and choosing option 1.   You can choose other options from the same number to get directly to the following departments:

Option 2: Repair/Support

Option 3: Billing

Option 4: Service Moves

Option 5: Service Changes
