As Chief Information Officer at TPx, Matt Deres leads the company’s internal technology strategy, driving improvements in infrastructure, data systems, and operational performance to support TPx’s growth and customer experience goals. With more than 25 years of experience across the software, telecommunications, and financial services sectors, Matt brings a deep track record of enterprise transformation and cybersecurity leadership.

Before joining TPx, Matt served as CIO at Quest Software, where he spearheaded large-scale IT modernization efforts, rebuilt go-to-market systems, and reduced security incidents by 90%. He has also held senior executive roles at Rocket Software and ACI Worldwide, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, visibility, and business agility. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 40 M&A integrations and built multiple ISO- and SOC-certified security programs.

Matt is known for building high-performing teams and driving change that sticks. He currently serves on the board of the Berkshire Community Action Council in Western Massachusetts and is a champion of technology that creates long-term value for both customers and communities.
