To use Inbound SMS to Chat, you require a subscription to an SMS enabled number from Twilio that is configured for UCx Contact Center. Your SMS number subscription and text messaging usage fees will be billed directly to you by Twilio.<\/p>\n

Complete the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Create a Twilio Account<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Set up an SMS chat account using Twilio<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Register for A2P 10DLC<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Register a campaign with Twilio<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> Your Voice Specialist will inform you of the number of required DIDs to set up with Twilio.<\/p>\n

    Create a Twilio Account<\/h3>\n
