Access the Support page by selecting the Support icon in the left pane of the Customer Portal.\nYou can perform the following functions within the Support page of the TPx Customer Portal:\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>View a list of your support cases<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Filter cases by account, location, status, and\/or date<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Download a report of open and historical cases<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Create a new Support Case<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/3-Support-Screen-2.1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44874\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/3-Support-Screen-2.1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"4400\" height=\"2365\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Click on the case number to view additional case details<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Sort cases by clicking on the column title<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Filter case list by status, date updated, or location by clicking on the Filter icon<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Download the list of cases by selecting the Download icon<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Click on the Create Support Case icon to create a new support case<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\nNote: The default filter for the case list displayed on the Support page is set to view \u2018New\u2019 cases only. Click on the Filters icon and select additional statuses to view more case types (Open, Resolved, Canceled, Closed).\n<a name=\"createcase\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h4>HOW TO CREATE A CASE<\/h4>\n\n\nSelect \u201cCreate Support Case\u201d on the header of any page within the Portal and complete the Case Form\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/4-How-to-create-a-case-2.0.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44879\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/4-How-to-create-a-case-2.0.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"4400\" height=\"644\" title=\"\"><\/a>\nThe Create Support Case form will be displayed. Fields with a red asterisk are required and are also listed on the right under Required Information. As each field gets populated, the red field boxes will be removed.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/5-How-to-create-a-case-2.0.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44880\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/5-How-to-create-a-case-2.0.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"4400\" height=\"2343\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h5>CASE FORM FIELDS<\/h5>\n\n\n<strong>Account:<\/strong> Click anywhere within the Account field and select the account that you\u2019re opening the case for. If there are multiple accounts to choose from, use the search bar underneath the Account field to type in specific search criteria such as street address, account name, or reference number to easily find the account.\n<strong>Support Case Type:<\/strong> Select the Support Case Type from the drop-down list.\nThe available types are:\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Billing:<\/strong> Billing, Credit requests, Collections, Account\/Contact Updates<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Data and Networking:<\/strong> Data, Networking, Private\/MPLS, and Managed WAN\/SDWAN<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Fraud:<\/strong> Fraud, Call Annoyance, Phone System Hacking<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Managed Service:<\/strong> Managed Endpoints, Backups, Office 365, Firewalls, or Data Centers<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Voice &amp; WebEx:<\/strong> UCx, SmartVoice, and all TDM Products (BL, BLC, BLD, PRI, CAS, OP)<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li><strong>Make a change to my service:<\/strong> Request changes to your services<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Select a Category from the list that best matches your support request. The categories displayed will vary based on the Support Case Type.\n<strong>Service Address:<\/strong> If you selected a specific location in the Account field, the Service Address field will be auto populated. If not, select the location that has the service or asset in question from the Service Location dropdown list. If the correct service address is not displayed, select the \u2018My location isn\u2019t listed\u2019 checkbox to bypass this field. A support agent will work to resolve this after the case is submitted.\n<strong>Product:<\/strong> Select the affected Product from the drop-down list. The products listed are associated with the service address that was selected. If the correct product is not displayed, select the \u2018My product isn\u2019t listed\u2019 checkbox to bypass this field. A support agent will work to resolve this after the case is submitted.\n<strong>Contact:<\/strong> The contact field will be pre-populated with the logged in user\u2019s information\n<strong>Description:<\/strong> Please enter the detailed problem description\/reason for the case.\n<strong>Watch List:<\/strong> Additional contacts can receive case updates by adding them to the Watch List field. The contacts listed during case creation are the contacts associated with the account. Additional contacts can be added to the Watch List after the case is submitted by entering their email address in the \u2018Manage Watchlist\u2019 section of the case details screen.\n\n\n<h5>ATTACHMENTS<\/h5>\n\n\nTo add an attachment, \u2018drag and drop\u2019 or select files from your computer into the Attachments box at the bottom of the form.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/6-Attachments-2.1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44888\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/6-Attachments-2.1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"763\" height=\"138\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h5>SUBMIT<\/h5>\n\n\nOnce the case form is complete, select the Submit button to create the Case.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/7-Submit-2.1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44889\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/7-Submit-2.1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2717\" height=\"1490\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\n<a name=\"managingacase\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h4>MANAGING A CASE<\/h4>\n\n\nThe Case Details page provides full insight into an individual case. Access the Case Details page by clicking on a case number in the Overview or Support pages.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/8-Managing-a-case-2.1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44890\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/8-Managing-a-case-2.1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"4400\" height=\"2344\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Activity Stream<\/strong> tab to view the latest case updates.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Attachments<\/strong> tab to view, add, and\/or remove an attachment to the case.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Manage Watch List<\/strong> tab to view, add, and\/or remove Watch List users.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Type a message to send to the case owner in the <strong>message bar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Cancel the case by selecting the <strong>Cancel Case<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<a name=\"changepassword\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h4>CHANGE PASSWORD<\/h4>\n\n\nClick on your initials in the top right and select My Account\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/9-How-to-change-a-password-2.1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44892\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/9-How-to-change-a-password-2.1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"4400\" height=\"393\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\nSelect the Reset password button.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/9.1-How-to-change-a-password-2.1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-44893\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/9.1-How-to-change-a-password-2.1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"4400\" height=\"1209\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\nSelect a forgotten password question to reset or unlock account if the password is ever forgotten\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Image-11.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26220\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Image-11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1369\" height=\"467\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\nChoose a Question from the drop-down list. Enter the answer in the Answer field and select the Save button to save the challenge question.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Image-12.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26221\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Image-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"566\" height=\"691\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\nTo change a password, enter the Current and New password, confirm the new password, then select the Change Password button. A \u201cPassword changed successfully\u201d message will appear.\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Image-13.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26222\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Image-13.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1250\" height=\"851\" title=\"\"><\/a>\n\nA confirmation email will be sent from TPx Admin (noreply@tpx.com) indicating a password change was made.\n<a name=\"forgottenpassword\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h4>HOW TO RESET A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD<\/h4>\n\n\nTo reset a forgotten password, select the \u201cNeed help signing in?\u201d link at the bottom of the login page. If a Password challenge question has been setup, you can unlock your account by selecting the \u201cNeed help signing in?\u201d link.
