If you are contracted with TPx under a Service Agreement, TPx\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/legal\/terms-conditions\/\">prior version of Terms and Conditions<\/a> will still apply.<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/terms\/legal-general-terms-and-conditions\/\">View General Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>Service Specific Terms<\/h4><p>The Service Specific Terms set forth the Service Descriptions and other service-specific rights, responsibilities and rules.<\/p><p>These Service Specific Terms are only applicable to customers who have executed a Service Order with TPx. If you are contracted with TPx under a Service Agreement, the service specific elements contained in TPx\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/legal\/terms-conditions\/\">prior version of Terms and Conditions<\/a> and MSx Addendum will still apply.<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/terms\/legal-service-specific-terms\/\">View Specific Service Terms<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>Service Level Agreement<\/h4><p>The Service Level Agreement sets forth TPx\u2019s commitment to you regarding certain aspects of our Service, including our support response times.<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/terms\/legal-service-level-agreement\/\">View SLA<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>Taxes and Other Charges<\/h4><p>Any applicable taxes, surcharges and other charges that may apply to your services are found here.<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpx.com\/legal\/rates-fees\/\">View Taxes and Other Charges<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>Tariffs<\/h4><p>For certain services that are regulated by the FCC or State Public Utility Commissions, TPx enters into tariffs (open contracts between TPx and the public) which are filed with the applicable regulating body.
