Calling Name Retrieval

Calling Name Retrieval delivers calling name information (caller ID) to your phone.

1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
2. Click Incoming Calls on the left-hand menu.
3. On the Incoming Calls page, click the Calling Name Retrieval link in the Basic column.
4. The Calling Name Retrieval page opens.
5. Calling Name Retrieval defaults to On. If you would like to deactivate this service, click Off.
6. Click OK or Apply to save changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.
